Order Forms

The Java order forms are "regular" Java Applets that automate certain lookups and fill-in-the-blank operations. Since each is an executable program, your PC may or may not prompt you about the security risks associated with running a program. At the time they were written (on a fully Norton-protected PC) and posted, none contained any malicious code (not even "cookie crumbs") so all were safe to run at the time. If you'd prefer not to run a Java Applet or your PC doesn't support them, the Text order forms are provided that may be printed and manually filled out.

Postage outside of the United States: The postage for Diary Gifts® greeting cards and the young adult novels reflect regular First Class or Priority domestic rates. If you're ordering from outside of the United States, please double the postage (write your adjustments on the order form) or check with your local postal authorities to see what three ounces (cards) and nine ounces (books) cost, and then adjust the order form accordingly.

Shipping rates for the Ultra Sleeve™ garden kits are based upon the standard United Parcel Service rates for ground delivery to a residential address in the continental United States. The originating Zip Code is 97306 (Salem, Oregon, USA) If ordering from outside the continental United States, please check with your local shipper for actual rates and adjust the order form accordingly. The weight of a single kit is seven pounds, the weight of a double kit is eleven pounds, the weight of 40 starter cells is two pounds (one pound ten ounces, including box), and the weight of 40 sleeves is also two pounds (one pound three ounces, including box). By themselves, 40 starter cells weigh one pound one ounce, and 40 sleeves weigh ten ounces.
